How do the drawings work? Choose a photo, pick a style (Doodle, Watercolor or Line Art) and Ni'mah turns it into a faceless drawing. Photos are only sent for drawing after you agree, and we do not store them on our servers.
Not happy with a drawing? Each memory includes up to 3 redraws in your subscription; they don't count towards your 20 monthly drawings. You can also correct the skin tone per person. If it's still not right, send us feedback in the app.
Subscription and free trial – New subscribers can try Ni'mah Plus free for 7 days. You can cancel any time: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore purchases – More → Restore purchases (same Apple Account as when you subscribed).
New phone / iCloud – Turn on More → Sync with iCloud on both devices (same Apple Account). Your memories are stored in your private iCloud.
Face ID lock – More → Privacy → Lock with Face ID.
Delete account – More → Delete account removes your memories and your account from our server. An active subscription must be cancelled separately in your Apple Account.
Wie funktionieren die Zeichnungen? Wähle ein Foto und einen Stil (Doodle, Aquarell oder Line Art) – Ni'mah macht daraus eine gesichtslose Zeichnung. Fotos werden nur nach deiner Zustimmung zum Zeichnen gesendet und nicht auf unseren Servern gespeichert.
Zeichnung gefällt dir nicht? Pro Erinnerung sind bis zu 3 Neuzeichnungen im Abo enthalten; sie zählen nicht zu deinen 20 Zeichnungen im Monat. Den Hautton kannst du pro Person korrigieren. Passt es immer noch nicht, schick uns in der App Feedback.
Abo und Testphase – Neue Abonnenten können Ni'mah Plus 7 Tage kostenlos testen. Kündigen jederzeit: iPhone-Einstellungen → dein Name → Abonnements. Erstattungen bearbeitet Apple unter reportaproblem.apple.com.
Käufe wiederherstellen – Mehr → Käufe wiederherstellen (gleicher Apple Account wie beim Kauf).
Neues Handy / iCloud – Auf beiden Geräten Mehr → Mit iCloud synchronisieren einschalten (gleicher Apple Account).
Face-ID-Sperre – Mehr → Datenschutz → Mit Face ID sperren.
Konto löschen – Mehr → Konto löschen entfernt deine Erinnerungen und dein Konto von unserem Server. Ein aktives Abo kündigst du separat in deinem Apple Account.
